Delivery to Uk completely free of charge. Deliveries can be made during office hours so please supply an attended address.
Do your prices include VAT?
Yes, they do include VAT. You only pay the price you see
Will the colors I see on screen be the same as the finished canvas?
We cannot guarantee this as individual monitor settings can vary. If there is a particular color match you need please contact us for more info (you will need either a pantone or a color swatch to post to us).
How long until I can expect my canvas to arrive?
Please allow 7/10 working days for delivery after full payment is received. Deliveries can arrive at any time between 9am - 5.30pm local time, so if you are not in during the day it may be easier to arrange the delivery to be made to your work address.
Do you do any more sizes?
We offer a made to measure service. Just let us know what size you want by email or telephone and we will calculate a price.
Do you have a gallery or somewhere I can see examples of the canvas?
Yes we often go to Tynemouth Market on a Sunday and if you live in the area we provide examples of our work. Dates and times will be updated in the news section as accurately as possible.
Can you print my own pictures?
Please refer to 'Your image on Canvas' section of the site where you can upload your digital image.
My picture is not in a digital format?
Please send you image to us and we'll do the rest.
1clickprints scan at 300 dpi minimum, and save in JPEG format.
Please note we can accept any conventional photographs.

Will my canvas be the same as the image I see online?
Images will vary depending on the size you have ordered due to scale and proportion.
What can be done about date stamps and red eye?
We automatically remove redeye from images and we can also remove date stamps.
Our designers are well trained to take care of such problems. If you have any questions about this free service then email info@1clickprints.co.uk quoting your Ref no and we will try our best to remove them without changing the image in any way.
How do I care for my canvas?
To maintain & increase the lifespan of your canvas, do not expose to continuous, strong sunlight or moisture. Do not clean with a wet/damp cloth; a light vacuum with the brush attachment will get rid of any dust on the surface.
Do you supply to trade?
Yes, we can give trade discounted prices. Email us with your specifications and we will give you quote for the work.
How does the shopping cart work?
Just like a shopping cart at a supermarket, you can put things in your cart (by clicking on the 'add to cart' button) without having to buy them - it is just a way of holding onto things that you are interested in. You are not committed to a purchase until you take your selected item(s) through to the checkout. However, you cannot purchase an item until it has been added to your cart, so remember to check the contents of your cart carefully before you check out. You can check the contents of your cart at any time by clicking on the view cart link at the top of the page or on the right hand side of the category pages. If you want to remove something, simply click on the remove item button . When you have finished shopping click on the 'view cart', then click on the checkout button. You will be then asked for your personal details. The shopping cart uses cookies to operate.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small computer files that help identify your browser when you start to add items to your cart. They do not contain any personal information about you or your computer. When the order is completed the cookie used by this website will be deleted. No one else has access to or is able to use or copy your cookie. This small file will enable you to start shopping, then close your browser, shut down your computer and then return to this website at a later date to continue shopping with the same items in your cart.
How secure is the website?
All your payment details are processed by a secure server and this information is sent by 128 bit encryption meaning it is impossible to break the code and steal your credit or debit card details. A small padlock icon will appear in the status bar of the browser at the bottom of your screen when you are entering your card details, signifying you are currently on a secure platform. Another sign that you are on a secure site is that in the address bar of the browser you will notice that the beginning of the website address will be https://.
What about my personal details?
Your personal details are essential for the delivery of the items you have ordered. This information is for our records only and can be removed upon written request from yourselves.
Which credit cards do you accept?
All Major cards are accepted, see paypal for more details.
Can I place an order and arrange for it to be sent to another address?
When entering your personal details you will be given an opportunity to say whether you wish to use your own address or supply a different delivery address.
Do you have a brochure / leaflet with details on?
Yes, please send us an email requesting an information pack.
Why do I have to create an account?
Please create an account then if you call back to re-order, just enter your username and password and it will save you entering all your details again. We don't store your payment details for your own security.
Can I have a photo to canvas from any image?
Generally YES, we can create a digital image from your slides, paper photos negatives etc. We have proffesional scanners to transform them to digital images and can let you have them on CD if requested.
If I post an image for scanning to create a photo canvas will I get it back?
Absolutely, we post them back with the finished canvas. If for any reason it isn't enclosed just call or email with your address and we will post it out. Please ensure you make a backup if a CD, or copy the paper print before sending to us, in case it gets lost on its way to us.
What does 12x20 inch canvas mean?
It means the canvas is 12 inch Wide x 20 inch high.
Do you only print on canvas?
No we don't just do canvas prints, we can print to fine art paper and photo paper so you can frame yourself. We can create poster prints from your images also, just email for more details.
What are the last shipping/order dates for Christmas delivery?
Last dates for christmas are 14th december. This is to recieve your image and payment.
Is the website secure?
Your payment details are taken via industry standard 128bit SSL secured shopping basket and stored on a secure server. There have be no security problems that we're aware of using this system.
